The best way to stay up to date is by following me on Instagram @cmarymaggitas or on my website at cmarymaggitas.com I try to add new paintings every month and currently use both Instagram and facebook to post my new work.

All Sales are final.

Shipping

We currently use USPS for shipping orders within the United States. We do our best to ship all orders in a timely manner and usually ship within 10-15 business days

If you are shipping a gift or need to receive your order by a certain day, please mention it in the note section when placing your order or email us and we will do our absolute best to get it to you in time!

In the event that a package is returned to us due to an error on the customer's end (i.e. mistaken shipping address), the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

All paintings, prints, and products are final sale.

We do our best to protect your investment; however, should your artwork arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at mmaggitas@yahoo.com with photos and we promise to fix the issue.

Please note, that I retain ALL RIGHTS TO ALL ARTWORK that I create. This includes sold and original paintings. I retain the right to create reproductions of ANY AND ALL ARTWORK that I create.

The collector (or buyer) MAY NOT REPRODUCE the artwork in any way without written permission. When a collector purchases a painting, they have the right to display the artwork in their home or business.
